The muscles don't bulge much, but the size doesn't fit me either, it's one size fits all, when I normally wear an M. Solution: I'll fill out my abs and arms more so it looks good.

I expected more from this product, the muscles are very deflated. For a muscular costume, "Male Chest" is preferable. It is made of plastic and achieves the objective much more.
